Non-numerical data from interviews or questionnaires is a bit more tricky to analyze and present. For the data to be understandable it must be structured and presented in an appropriate form. Table 2 below shows an example of how you can present data from a questionnaire where the three companies A, B, and C are asked about which software development methods they are using.
There are no general guidelines for presenting non-numerical data. Ask you supervisor for advice on how your data can be presented. You can also get inspiration from looking at articles where similar types of data as yours is presented.
