In this course we will continue to use the “Eloquent javascript”-book. But just chapter 17 (HTTP) and 20 (introduction to node.js).

I would also recommended the book Web Development with Node & Express by Ethan Brown. Which is a good companion later on in the course.

For those that are interested in different ways to code on the node.js platform i really recommend “Node.js Design patterns” by Mario Casciaro. It´s a har d book for the beginner but the best around in this subject (at the moment). This book is of course optional.

There will be a lot of resources on this course web that we´re gonna use in the course. There could be recorded demos, articles or video presentations.
