You are expected to report course assignments and communicate personal matters with course management through the course Email account: 1dv432@lnu.se . You can access your Gmail / Webmail everywhere on the address: https://mail.student.lnu.se/ . If having many email accounts to keep track of, you may get the LNU emails forwarded to any other e-mail address through Gmail account’s “Settings”. Do you want delivery information to your email? Use the Request read / delivery receipt ), available in options when creating new email message in Webmail. Although we may not be able to correct labs and give answers within the nearest days, we will still open emails every day, so you can be notified that it has been received.

Communicate with us (and other students)

Do you have a question and need a fast (?) answer, please use BuddyPress, which is a communication service for course participants and course management. You communicate using the course’s newsgroup .

Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro

You can get help with programming work in the course’s virtual room for online tutorials during the following times for drop-in alternative on demand . Login using user information in your student account via the link in the left menu. In the e-meeting room you can get personal guidance or discuss with fellow students through chat, video or screen sharing as well as get remote assistance on your computer. It is important that you have a well-functioning  headset and when you log in, you should configure the settings so that the sound works fine. Then use the audio guide ( Audio wizard ) that are among the list items under the menu “Meeting” in the e-meeting room. During the course the following Drop-in time of:  Wednesdays 15:00 to 17:00 Out of time above also apply guidance on request . If the drop-in-time does not suit you – send (the day before) an email with the desired time proposals (Monday to Friday), I try as far as possible to meet this with a half-hour individual instruction in “virtual room”.
