For the resit on 11 April you are allowed to use both a language dictionary and a calculator as an aid. Note that is must be a separate calculator, not an app in a smartphone since you are not allowed to have a smartphone with you.

This is the most complex assignment and you should start to work on it as soon as possible.

New policy regarding homeworks

I have published all the remaining homework assignments. I have decided that the deadline on each homework assignment should be considered (strongly) advisory, but not mandatory. The final deadline for all homework assignments will be March 28 (Thursday before Easter).

The reason for this change is that the homeworks are supposed to help you prepare for the exam, so it makes little sense to have a deadline after the exam. However, to be able to achieve this, the 2 final homeworks have to have shorter deadlines (1 week rather than 2). Hence, the deadlines are advisory. But, if you compare the homeworks to previous exams and reading instructions, I am sure you will find many similarities (hint!).
